We are very excited to announce that we have released a 6 day LifeScript Kiran Wellness Retreat in the stunning location of Uki, NSW. This retreat will be held from 17 – 23 June 2024.
We have gathered together 10 health professionals to deliver an exceptional retreat bringing together all aspects of your wellbeing. The benefits of these six days can not be over stated. We will be diving into exercise regimes for your own personal goals, we will be talking about nutrition and learning how to create those meals that nurture and sustain you, we will be looking at latest psychological approaches to today’s stresses, and so much more.
The location is superb. With very comfortable accommodation, a quiet and serene space set amidst the hills of northern New South Wales, a meditation and yoga space, gorgeous dining facilities, spa, sauna and so much more. We’re pretty sure you won’t want to leave!
