Matt is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and owner of Empowered Physiology. Having spent most of his career working to provide exercise as a treatment modality for chronic disease and pain for his clients, he now divides his time between teaching at Griffith University and working with clients to promote proactive healthcare approaches to their lives.
Matt believes in a holistic approach to healthcare that begins when you are young and is primarily built around exercise, diet, sleep and mental health care.
